Not only will your dog grace the pages of this meaningful community project, but you’ll also have the chance to create a masterpiece for your own home, artwork that celebrates your best friend every single day.

This year’s Healing Edition is a heartfelt tribute to the bond between dogs and their humans — and how that connection can change lives.
We’re shining a light on the stories that often go untold:
The way our dogs have supported us through anxiety, grief, isolation or change
How we’ve shown up for them through trauma, rescue, recovery or loss
The everyday joy, comfort and laughter they bring into our lives
This book isn’t just about beautiful images. It’s about creating something lasting.
A legacy. A message. A moment of connection.
About Your Photoshoot
You will be photographed together with your dog in our Heart Dogs Studio in Belmont.
Sessions run for approximately 1–2 hours and are relaxed, fun, and designed to capture the love you share.
Your story can be as big or as little as you like as long as your dog improves your mental health on a daily basis, that’s what matters.
After your session, we’ll schedule an ordering and story session (either in-studio or via Zoom) within 1–2 weeks.
This is when you can choose printed products (if you wish) and we will finalise your story for your double-page spread.
The photographer will select the image to be featured in the book, and the story will be shaped together with you. You’ll see and approve the final story before it is published.
Giving Back
$50 from your session fee will be donated to a rescue organisation of your choice.
(You can even reach out to them and get them on board to help get more dogs featured in the book!)
